My First Clinical Guinea Pig!

On a warm rainy Monday afternoon in Bangalore, I catered to the requests of my first Patient! And as I completed my last set of Pre-clinical models I was all set to work on my first patient.
On that faithful Monday afternoon I gave a call to that experiment which I would be performing shortly..
Little did he know that he would turn out to be my first patient as he walked into the hospital I escorted him towards the chair, made him sit on the chair I took a brief history of him for my mental correlation
The unopened airotor box and the sterilized instruments was ready to be opened. As I gloved into the latex, I was ready for the first clinical trial of my skills.
I carried my mouth mirror and  probe to examine his mouth to my surprise I was only left with the wisdom tooth to fill  **my evil wisdom said maga start an easy case  …. My good wisdom said  take it up**
As I listened to that wisdom which made me operate on the wisdom tooth.
My guide backed me said go ahead and take it up and somewhere in the corner of his face there was sleigh expression of doubt nevertheless he gave a green signal.
After a careful examination I proceeded to the treatment all the theories of cavity forming flashed in front me like a movie in HD …
With the  mirror perfectly focused on the subject at hand it gave an amazing indirect operational field  and as I pushed the pedal on the airotor control gushes of water splashed with compressed air and as the diamond abrasive was rotating @ the speed of 300000 rpm, it cleared all the waste material out of the decayed hydroxy apetite aka enamel
The 10minute ordeal was over and I placed the silver restorative material into the cavity which I had prepared that gave a sense of contentment of completing the CLINICAL task @ hand with success …
Finally, I bid a farewell to my patient and suddenly a great sense of happiness dawned on me and I assured myself “ I’m clinically ready “
